Down and Out

Good bye to complains about work and the daily routine of dragging myself up in the mornings.

Hello to the long awaited Tai Tai Life.

Bad News: You're looking at a jobless teenager who seriously needs to learn how to save her money!
Good News: I've gotten my voice back and my throat feels sooo muchh better now! (after all that herbal shit, it's a miracle!!)

Halloween was spent with JJ and his friends at Timbre. The live band, Erdinger and food were gooood. Headed down to Arena for a little while to meet up with my sister & Adrian. The majority of people at Clarke Quay actually made the effort to dress up, which of course cause human sandwich in the club. I still remember Zouk last year and I heard it was no different this year too.

Rocky the vampire.
Munka Garang.
Adrian brought us for Bu Dong Kee Chicken Rice (it's daaa bestest! chix rice) at 3 am in the morning after Arena that night! How healthy right.

Finally had Steamboat dinner with my family on Saturday night, accompanied with a Mini mahjong session with my parents. The rest weekend was mostly spent over at 312 with Mr and Mrs Rodrigues. Movie-rathon and late night DIY suppers were the ultimate best. I finally watched the movie The Tattooist and had sister's homemade pizza!

Also caught the movie Lakehouse Terrace, the thriller cop movie. It was really a coincidence too, cause on the way back from DTE, my bro-in-law made an illegal left turn and ahead was a road block. We got pulled over by the cops, but weren't drinking or anything. So we got checked but he didn't give issue a ticket though, thank God. (we all think it's probably cause Adrian mention that he was the emcee for Bedok Division's D&D last year.) But we were all thinking to ourselves, COPS CANNOT BE TRUSTED! LOL~

Our Mini getaway to Pulau Bukom (yes, it is an oil refinery, but there's a resort there too!) on Sunday was a blast!! It was the first time I've ever been there, more over, I think the second time I've been on one of those ferries. Luckily, it was only a 15 minutes ride and the water wasn't thaaat choppy too, so paranoid as I was, I still survived the journey to and back.

Swimming, lunching (we over ordered again!, but the foood was not bad in fact) , and bowling with Wifey & Edmund, Patricia & Michael, Denise & Adrian till the night. We caught the 8:30 ferry back to Singapore and had Prata for supper/dinner?

So I was the brightest lamp the entire day (lol), but I never did feel alone. I mean, someone once told me to keep my chin up when things were rough because I'll still have many people who love and care about me. But I never knew that the person who said it would be the one causing me to feel like this.

You know what, you can never be tooo sure of one's personality till you really get to know them. I'm still learning.
But I've just been so Disappointed.

Monday's night dinner was on me (because I made them wait the whooole day as I was sleeping like a pig, I'm still sorry!) at Simpang with Lupchiong, Perlin and Rui Fen. Oh yeah, he was lucky enough NOT to get a heavy sentencing at court. It's a longgggg story and all I know is he's gonna be visiting more Old Folks Home and doing corrective work for the next 20 months or so. Dinner with the girls were kinda awkard this time round cause the Ah Boon & Rui Fen were there. Hahaha. But atleast, we had goood western food!

Re-living the past.

It's my FIRST day off from work, and I'm slowly thinking of ways for me to at least absorb some income for the next few months. Tuition centre? Dog Sitting? or Events? But first things first, I seriously have to start exercising cause it has been nothing but EATING and EATING for me. Last night buffet at Miramar feels like it's still in my tummy. :P

Was I not enough stimulation.
Hit by a brick the other day. Just when I thought that I'm Okay.
You didn't like my conversation. I can't come up with something new.
It doesn't really matter what I do. So here's my observation.
You could never see it through my eyes. And I'm too tired to try.
